RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to hygiene regulations, hair extensions cannot be returned or refunded once the packaging has been opened, worn, fitted, brushed, washed, coloured, or otherwise altered.
Unopened hair extensions may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided all packaging and security seals remain intact.
Deposits are non-refundable. Appointment fees and fitting services are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please contact SGS within 7 days of discovering the issue. We will work with our supplier to investigate and resolve the matter.
